97 43 66 Crimp System Pliers MC4® & MC4® Evo 2 Only one tool for almost 1000 crimping applications: usable with all crimping dies and locators 97 49 XX. almost parallel crimping motion. Consistently high crimping quality due to precision dies and ratchet mechanism (unlockable). Crimping pressure has been set precisely (calibrated) in the factory and can be adjusted.

Optimum transmission of force due to lever action for fatigue-reduced operation. Different locators for precise positioning of the connectors. Crimping dies for applications that go beyond the range offered are available on request. The crimping die can be easily exchanged using two screws. Please refer to the instruction manual.. Application: solar cable connectors MC4® and MC4® EVO 2, capacity 2.5 / 4.0 / 6.0 mm².

The optionally available contact holders 97 49 66 1 for MC4 and 97 49 66 1 EVO for MC4 EVO 2 make it easier to guide the contacts during the crimping process. MC4® is a registered trademark of Stäubli Electrical Connectors AG.
