For cables with single and multi-wire conductors (conductor classes 1 & 2 according to DIN EN 60228, VDE 0295, IEC 60228). Manual open and emergency release possible in any position. Lockable for transport in closed condition - saves space and protects the tool. Not suitable for steel wire, wire ropes and fine-stranded (highly flexible) conductors.
